Lead Collection - "NEW IDX Listings" Page Types

If you currently have the CRM module available on your account / COOLSite, you can enable any of your NEW IDX Listings Page Types to also collect lead data into CRM.  In order to set this up, you will need to do the following.

1. Click on "Pages" from the menu on the left in your admin area.

2. Edit any "NEW IDX Listings" page type.

3. Click on the "Access" link above.

4. Choose Access Type "REGISTRATION REQUIRED".
 
5. Optionally enter an Email Address to Receive Registration Notices.

6. Click the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page.


Next, we will add this page above to a CRM Group

7. Click on "CRM" from the menu on the left.

8. Click on "Contact Groups" at the top of the page.

9. At this point you can either associate your IDX Listings page with an existing group or a new group:
         a. Existing Group
              - Double-click on an existing group and click on the "Rules" tab above.
              - In the "Source:" drop-down box, select "All".
              - In the "Source Page:" drop-down box, select your IDX Listings page as an additional
                Source Page for this group.
              - Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom when done, to save your changes.

         b. New Group
              - Click on the "Add Group" button below and click on the "Rules" tab above.
              - In the "Source:" drop-down box, select "IDX/MLS".
              - In the "Source Page:" drop-down box, select your IDX Listings page as a Source Page
                for this group.
              - Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom when done, to save your changes.

Now you can go to your website and do a new test registration on the IDX Listings page.  After registration is complete, refresh CRM and a new Lead can be seen under Contacts List.

NOTE: After you complete the steps in the article above, and have any IDX Listings page attached to a CRM group, then under the CRM Groups - Rules tab you will see a rule to filter the leads by Price and City.
