Clearing Cookies
1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options
2. Click Delete Cookies and confirm OK
3. Then click Delete Files and choose offline content and confirm OK
4. Press OK in the main window
5. Close ALL Internet Explorer Windows and try again
Accepting Cookies
1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Advanced
2. Check the box that says "override automatic cookie handling"
3. Then for both columns (first and third party) choose accept
4. Press OK to go back to Internet Options
5. Click on the General tab at the top
6. Click Delete Cookies, Next click Delete Files and confirm OK
7. Close ALL Internet Explorer Windows and try again
