Retrieving Lost Passwords for your Registered Users

What if a registered user forgets his/her password?

If any of your registered users forget their password, they can easily have a password reminder emailed directly to them without having to contact you. All they do is...
  • Go to a login page on your website.
  • Click the question mark (Help & More Information on Login and Registration) above "Login".
  • This will bring up a box where the user can type in their registered email address.
  • Click "Send Password Reminder to your Email".
The password will be sent directly to their registered email address, so it would be impossible for someone to try and acquire someone else's login password.
