Adding New Agents to Website
To add a new agent to your website, you will need to login to your admin area and click on "Configuration > Manage Agents".  Using the "Add New Agent" form, enter in all the applicable information for the agent and then click on "Submit".  You will now notice that the agent has been entered into the "Existing Agent(s)" section (below).  Click on the "Add Alias" link next to the agent name and the system will show you all the matching results for this agent.  From the list, you will need to check the box next to the appropriate agent that you are adding.  Next, click on the "Add above alias(es)" button to add this alias to the agent.  At this point, the system should have already pulled all of the agent's listings from the MLS automatically and you can verify this by clicking on "View My Listings" and then using the search form above, click on the agent name from the "Agents:" select box and then click on "Search".  The system will now show all of the listings under that agent (see below).  Finally, if you would like to show the agent's listings on your website itself, you will need to click on "Add Page" from the left navigation menu in the admin area and then scroll down to the 'Real Estate' section and click on the "My Listings (No Search)" page type.  Enter a Page Title for this new page and click on the "Add Page" button.  From the following page, click on the agent name from the "Agents:" select box and then click on "Save Search Parameters".  You can now view your website and click on the new page that you just added.  You should now see ONLY listings from the new agent for which you have just added.  If you would like to show all listings on one page regardless to who the listing belongs to, you can also do so by not selecting any agents from the "Agents:" select box on this page.
