RSS News Feed Setup

1)      In your Admin Click on Pages > Add New Page

2)      Choose page type “RSS News Feed” and type in a name for your new News Feed page, then Click Save.

3)      In the “URL for RSS Feed:” field, please type in the complete URL for the content that you would like to add to your site

a.       You can do a search on any search engine for RSS Feeds.  You can also go to some major sites such as CNN.com and you should see a link for “RSS” somewhere on their site.   You can then obtain the RSS Feed URL and copy and paste it into the “URL for RSS Feed:” field in your admin area.

b.      Example of an RSS Feed URL: http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_health.rss

4)      In the “ Links Target:” field, you can select how you would like to show this RSS Feed content (ie: In a New Window, Same Window, etc...)

5)      Finally, click on “Submit” when you are done.

6)      You can now click on the “View Page” link above to see what the RSS content looks like.
