Agent Directory

Overview:

If you have a Brokerage website, you can setup an Agent Directory page to display a directory of all your Agents. This will allow your visitors to click on any Agent to see their personal listings and full profile (photo, biography, contact information, etc...).

Setup:

Add Brokerage Profile
- Click on "Configuration > Manage Brokerages" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Complete the fields on the "Add New Brokerage" form above with your Brokerage information.
- Click on the "Submit" button below.
- You will now see the Brokerage that you added, under the "Existing Brokerage(s)" section below.
- Click on the corresponding "Add Alias" link for the Brokerage. From the search results, select the appropriate Brokerage.
- Click on the "Add above alias(es)" button below.
Add Agent Profiles
- Click on "Configuration > Manage Agents" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Complete the fields on the "Add New Agent" form above with the information for the first Agent that you will be adding. Please be sure to select the Brokerage from the "Brokerage" drop-down box.
- Click on the "Submit" button below.
- You will now see the Agent that you added, under the "Existing Agent(s)" section below.
- Click on the corresponding "Add Alias" link for the Agent. From the search results, select the appropriate Agent.
- Click on the "Add above alias(es)" button below.
- Repeat the steps under this section to add additional Agents.
Add Agent Directory Page Type
- Click on "Pages" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Click the "Add New Page" button at the top, under the "Visible Pages" tab.
- Enter a "Page Name" for this page and select the option for "Agent Directory".
- Click the "Add Page" button.

Adding Agents & Brokerages

Overview:

If you have an Agent website, you can setup an Agent Profile for yourself. This will allow the system to pull in your listings automatically from MLS. You can then setup a filtered IDX Listings page on your website to display all of your active personal listings.

If you have a Brokerage website, you can setup Agent Profiles for each Agent in your office. You can then setup an Agent Directory page on your website to display a directory of all your Agents. This will allow your visitors to click on any Agent to see their personal listings and full profile (photo, biography, contact information, etc...).

Additionally, regardless of your site type (Agent or Brokerage), you can setup a Brokerage Profile for your Brokerage. This will allow the system to pull in your Brokerage's listings automatically from MLS. You can then setup a filtered IDX Listings page on your website to display all of the Brokerage's active listings.

Setup:

Add Agent Profile(s)
- Click on "Configuration > Manage Agents" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Complete the fields on the "Add New Agent" form above with your information (if you are only setting up an Agent Profile for yourself). If you have a Brokerage website and are setting up Agent Profiles for each Agent in your office, you will need to complete the fields on this form with the information for the first Agent that you are adding.
- Click on the "Submit" button below.
- You will now see the Agent that you added, under the "Existing Agent(s)" section below.
- Click on the corresponding "Add Alias" link for the Agent. From the search results, select the appropriate Agent.
- Click on the "Add above alias(es)" button below.
- NOTE: If you have a Brokerage website, you will need to repeat the steps above to add each additional Agent in your office.
Add Brokerage Profile
- Click on "Configuration > Manage Brokerages" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Complete the fields on the "Add New Brokerage" form above with your Brokerage's information.
- Click on the "Submit" button below.
- You will now see the Brokerage that you added, under the "Existing Brokerage(s)" section below.
- Click on the corresponding "Add Alias" link for the Brokerage. From the search results, select the appropriate Brokerage.
- Click on the "Add above alias(es)" button below.
Add a Filtered IDX Listings page to display all of your Active Listings
- Click on "Pages" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Click on the "Add New Page" button at the top, under the "Visible Pages" tab.
- Enter a "Page Name" for this page (ie: My Listings or Brokerage Listings if you have an Agent website, or Brokerage Listings if you have a Brokerage website) and select the option for "NEW IDX Listings".
- Click the "Add Page" button.
- Edit this page by clicking on the corresponding icon under the "Edit" column.
- Click on the "Listing Filters" link at the top of the page and select "Only MY Listings" under the "Show Listings Types" field.
  - If you have an Agent website:
    - Select your name under the "Listing Agents" field, if you are setting up this page to display all of your active personal listings.
    - Select your Brokerage under the "Listing Brokerage" field, if you are setting up this page to display all of your Brokerage's active listings.
    - NOTE: You can repeat the steps under this section to add another filtered IDX Listings page for your active personal listings or your Brokerage's active listings.
  - If you have a Brokerage website:
    - Select the Brokerage under the "Listing Brokerage" field.
- Click on the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page.
Add Agent Directory Page Type (Only applicable if you have a Brokerage website)
- Click on "Pages" from the menu on the left in your COOLSite Admin.
- Click the "Add New Page" button at the top, under the "Visible Pages" tab.
- Enter a "Page Name" for this page and select the option for "Agent Directory".
- Click the "Add Page" button.
