This new search interface is not just a better look with slick new tabs so that users can easily access and utilize the MLS information on your site, but also a lot of new tools and tricks to make your site more user-friendly and help increase your chances of getting leads!

Allows the user to do a search and see the first set of results, but if they try to do anything else (go to the next page of listings or get more info on one specific listing), it will then make them register if they want to proceed.
Gives the customer a taste of the MLS before asking for registration, so other than Open Access it is the least evasive method and therefore, is the gives your site the best compliment of traffic and lead generation.

Once a customer completes a search it will not allow them to proceed until they go to their e-mail and click on the confirmation link to return to the site.
It will contribute to lower site traffic and lead generation but will ensure that the majority of the leads you do receive are legit and providing accurate information. Also, will ensure that all of the people you are sending e-mail to or that are signed up for your services are legit and help protect us from spam blocks.

New Tab Based MLS Search Page
With simple & advanced search, recently viewed listings, saved searches (Home Scout) and search results, this new look is not only a lot cleaner than the old search but by adding these tabs it gives the user a much better experience by giving them an option to search with minimal criteria or switch to the advanced tab and have a lot of criteria to choose from (plus we have added more criteria such as sub property types to all market searches). The recently Viewed tab will show your potential customers just that, the most recent listings that they looked at on your site and the Search Results will allow them to navigate back to the listing no matter where they are.

Integrated Home Scout & Activity Tracker

Previously users had to go to separate pages to sign up for the Home Scout or Client Login Tools, now all they have to do is register for an account with your site and it automatically enrolls them with these services which will greatly improve the amount of people using them and thus getting you more leads!
We have released the new and improved version of the daily e-mail that your customers receive from Home Scout, details to follow in the next couple of days.
