Contact Form

You can create a 'Contact Me' page for your web site which would allow potential customers to provide you with a little information about themselves (including their Address, Phone Number, and Email Address). This can be accomplished by clicking the "Page" button located in the "My Webster" menu. You must then click "Add New Page" at the top. A small window will pop up with two fields. In the first field, type the name of your new page (ie: Contact Me). In the second field, select "My Form". Click "Add Page".

Now that the new page has been created, we will need to edit it. Click the Edit button (a picture of a pen and pad) to the right of the newly created page. Click "Form Wizards" at the top. Here you can select from a list of pre-defined forms. One of these will most likely be suitable for your needs. Click the "Preview" button to preview what each form looks like. When you find one that you like, check the bubble next to it and click "Copy Selected Template". On the next page, you can uncheck any fields you do not wish to use for your form. Leave any fields you do wish to use checked. Once you are satisfied with the fields selected, click "Copy Selected Fields".

Lastly, go to "Form Properties". In the "Email" field, type the email address you wish to receive form submissions at. You can also set up an auto response email if you wish, so when people fill out a form, they automatically receive the automated message specified.

***IMPORTANT*** You will need to check the "Active" checkbox on the "Form Properties" page in order for your form to be live on the website. If it is not checked, then nobody will be able to view your form.

Once you are done on the "Form Properties" page, click the "Submit" button at the bottom.
