There are two options to synchronize Windows Mobile & Webmail (Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes)
1) SmarterMail Sync
2) SyncML

1) SmarterMail Sync

To download SmarterMail Sync:

1. Log in to Webmail https://Mail.Colony1.Net/
2. Select Settings in the main toolbar.
3. Click the Settings left navigation pane.
4. Click SmarterMail Client Utilities in the left tree view.
5. Download and install the appropriate version(s) of the utility.

Follow these steps to configure your mobile device with SmarterMail using SmarterMail Sync: 

1. On your mobile device, open SmarterMail Sync.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Select File.
4. Select Add.
5. Enter a Name.
6. Enter the URL of your SmarterMail Web Interface.
7. Enter your email address and password.
8. Select the items you wish to synchronize. By default, all items are selected.
9. Select File.
10. Select Save.
11. Select Done.

Follow these steps to synchronize your mobile device with SmarterMail using SmarterMail Sync:

1. Open SmarterMail Sync
2. Select Sync
3. Select the account you wish to sync from the list.
4. When syncing is complete, select Finish.

2) SyncML

This article describes the process of downloading and installing the funambol.com SyncML plugin for the SmartPhone.  This will allow the sycnronization of calendars, contacts, tasks and notes between a SmarterMail user account and the SmartPhone.

1. Download the SyncML plug-in for the SmartPhone from the funambol website.
2. Select Windows Mobile Smartphone
3. You will be prompted to fill out a registration form or you can choose to select “No thanks-please take me straight to the downloads!”
4. Download the funambol plug-in for Smarterphone to the desktop (or a local download folder)
5. Connect the SmartPhone to the Active Sync or Sync Center
6. Install the funambol.com plug-in by double clicking on the funambol plugin
7. Once the installation is finished you will see a configuration screen on Smartphone device
   1. The server location needs be for formatted as:
      https://Mail.Colony1.Net/Sync/Default.aspx
   2. Username needs to be your full email address
   3. Enter password
   4. Save
8. After Saving select Sync All
9. A message will appear requesting a full Sync, click Yes to initiate

Sync Windows Mobile devices using SyncML
Follow these steps to synchronize a Windows Mobile device:

1. Using your Windows Mobile device, navigate to the Funambol plug-in.  (The default location is under programs)
2. Open the Funambol plug-in.
3. Select Sync All.
4. After the sync is complete, click OK.
