1. Click on "Upload Files" from the menu on the left in your admin area and then click on the "Upload" button to browse and select the media file from your computer (Video, Flash, etc...).  Once you have located the file on your computer, place a check in the corresponding checkbox to select the file, and then click on the "Send" button above to upload the file.

2. The file should now be listed in your Upload Files area and you will need to click on the "Copy URL" button next to this file.

3. Now that you have copied the direct URL to this file, click on "List pages" from the menu on the left and then click on the name of the page in which you would like to embed this media on.

4. You will now need to click on the "Insert/edit embedded media" icon on the editor toolbar (3rd row, 6th icon in from the right), and another window should pop-up.  In the "Type" drop-down selection box, select the appropriate type of file in which you are going to embed on this page.  Next, in the "File/URL" field, paste the URL that you copied from step 2 above.  Finally, specify the Dimensions / size of the media, as you would like it to appear on this page, using the "Dimensions" fields.

5. When done, click on the "Insert" button below, followed by the "Process Page Update" button at the bottom of the editor box, to save your changes.

6. You should now view this page on your website, to ensure that your media is properly embedded and is playing.
