An Email User can be Disabled by logging into Webmail https://Mail.Colony1.Net/ as an Email Administrator and going to Settings - Domain Settings - Users - User Edit - Disable User (Check Box) - Save. 

Now click on Users on the left again and the User you Disabled will show (disabled)
