CRM Email Delivery Settings
CRM Email Settings.
Send Email to (Confirmed/Unconfirmed).
The following settings are used to control who should receive emails sent by the CRM system. Please be aware that we offer the use of 3 mail servers.
1. Confirmed – only emails sent to those contacts that have clicked on the confirmation link provided in a registration email they received from the CRM system will be sent using this server. Delivery rate will be far superior to that of the IP used for unconfirmed.
2. Unconfirmed - all emails addressed to those contacts that are flagged as unconfirmed in our system will use this server. This server will be shared and we will not be able to provide any support if an email for some reason is not delivered to the recipient.
3. Dedicated - this will allow you to use an unshared totally customizable mail server that will be used to send emails generated by your CRM account only.  This will allow you to build your own reputation and above all, when sending unconfirmed CRM contacts emails through the system, will do away with the possible problem of using the shared “unconfirmed server”.
With Dedicated, You will be able to:
a) Set Domain Recipient Specific Smart Delivery Rules with:
--Max Concurrent Connections
--Priority (Deliver to certain domains first)
--Throttle (max messages per hour)
--Custom SMTP Relay mail routing (e.g. using your yahoo.com smtp account to deliver mail to yahoo.com users)
--and more.
b) SPF setup for increased email deliverability.
c) Domain Keys setup for increased email deliverability.
d) Support for optional third party mail "verification / whitelisting" services such as GoodMail or SenderScore Certified.
e) Deliverability output/reports of domain specific successful/failed delivery.

Having this Dedicated level of control will allow the success rate of delivery for all emails sent to be dramatically increased.
Cost is: $100 setup fee & $20 / month)
