Bad Senders (Blacklist) / Good Senders (Whitelist)
BAD SENDERS (BLACKLIST):

Login to your e-mail account at http://mail.colony1.net/.

You can right-click on any message in your Inbox and select "Mark > Spam", which will move the message to a "Junk E-Mail" folder.  However, this is not permanent, in that future emails from this recipient will continue to go to your Inbox and not the Junk E-Mail Folder.

You can however create a rule to automatically move messages from a specific senders into your Junk E-Mail Folder or have the message deleted.  See below for instructions on how to do so.

1. Click on the "Settings" button at the top.
2. Click on "Filtering" and then "Content Filtering" from the panel on the left.
3. Click on the "New" button at the top.
4. Select "From Specific Addresses" or "From Specific Domains".
5. Click the "Next" button above to continue.
6. Select the option for "OR" on the following page.
7. Enter the email address(es) for the senders in which you would like to move their messages automatically into the Junk E-Mail Folder or deleted, into the "From Specific Addresses (one per line)" box (you can enter a single email address into this box if you'd like), and you can also enter specific domains (to filter out all e-mails that come in from any user on a particular domain) as well.
8. Click the "Next" button at the top.
9. Enter a name for this Rule into the "Name" field and review the rule to be created.
10. Under the "Actions" section, select "Move Message" and then from the drop down list, select "Junk E-Mail" or check the "Delete Message" box to have messages from these e-mail addresses / domains deleted.
11. When done, click on the "Save" button above to create this Rule.

NOTE:

1. If you should right-click on a message that is already in your "Junk E-Mail" folder and select "Mark > Not Spam", it will move the message back into your Inbox folder automatically.
2. You can add additional e-mail addresses to this rule by simply double-clicking on the rule from the "Content Filtering" area and then clicking on the "Next" button above, and on the following page, you can add / remove e-mail addresses and/or domains as needed, and then click on the "Next" button above when done, followed by the "Save" button above.

GOOD SENDERS (WHITELIST):

Login to your e-mail account at http://mail.colony1.net/.

You can right-click on any message in your Inbox and select "Mark > Not Spam", which will add the senders email address to a Trusted Senders list (Settings > Filtering > Spam Filtering).  When email comes in from a trusted sender, all spam filtering for that email is bypassed.  Normal content filtering rules are still followed however.

**These same settings can be done at the domain level which will apply it to all users.
Login to Webmail as a Domain Admin and go to Settings - Domain Settings - Spam Filtering
