Outlook to Webmail Sync:

This is a sync utility that allows you to synchronize your Outlook Calendar, Contacts, Notes, and Tasks with your email account.

1. Login to Webmail.
2. Click on the "Settings" button at the top.
3. On the left panel, under "My Settings", click on "SmarterMail Client Utilities" and then download the appropriate SmarterMailSync for Outlook.

When installing SmarterMailSync for Outlook, make sure that all OUTLOOK.EXE processes have been terminated. SmarterMailSync is an Outlook Addin and will only be added if Outlook is not running.

Once SmarterMailSync for Outlook has been installed, you need to only run Outlook and the option should be available as one of your toolbars.

You will need to configure an email account:

   1. Click on SmarterMail Sync then Account Settings.
   2. Click Add
   3. Enter a Display Name
   4. Enter the URL for Webmail
   5. Enter your FULL email address and password
   6. Click Next
   7. SmarterMailSync will query your Server for Status and capabilities
   8. Click Next
   9. Select what you want to synchronize, and where you would like to sync them.
  10. Click Next
  11. Select how you want the Synchronization to behave at Startup and/or Shutdown.
  12. Click Next.
  13. Click Finish

To Synchronize, you can Click “Synchronize” then the account you want to sync.
