Trusted Sender
Email addresses such as (ex: joe@example.com) or domain names (ex: example.com) can be added to your list of trusted senders. When an e-mail comes in from a trusted sender all spam filtering for that email is bypassed and messages will be routed to your inbox.

To create a Trusted Sender in Webmail:

1. Right Click any message, mouse over "Mark" and choose "Not Spam" to add that sender to the Trusted Senders list automatically.

To Manage your Trusted Senders list go to the following:

1. Login to Webmail at https://Mail.Colony1.Net/.

2. Click on the "Settings" button at the top.

3. Expand the "My Settings" folder in the left panel and click on "Trusted Senders".

4. Enter Email Address OR Domain Names (one per line) into this box.  When you receive an e-mail from one of these Trusted Senders, all spam filtering for that e-mail will be bypassed and messages will be routed to your inbox.

5. Click, Save

**These same settings can be done at the domain level which will apply it to all users.
Login to Webmail as a Domain Admin and go to Settings - Domain Settings - Trusted Senders
