Adding Agents to Website
In order to add additional agents to your website (so that the system will be able to pull in their listings automatically from MLS), you will first need to obtain their written permission to do so.  Once this has been obtained, you will need to login to your admin area and click on "Configuration > Manage Agents" from the menu on the left.  Using the "Add New Agent" form, enter in all the applicable information for the agent and then click on "Submit".  You will now notice that the agent has been entered into the "Existing Agent(s)" section (below).

At this point, you will need to click on "Add Alias" next to the agent name. You will then see a message that says "No matching agents found" or if the system is able to match an agent against the information you entered, you will see a list of matching agents and their brokerage name, from which you can select from and then click on "Add above alias(es)".

If you receive the message "No matching agents found" on this page, you can refine your search to see if the system will be able to match the agent. For example, lets say you are adding an agent by the name of "John A. Smith", you can either enter for first name "John" and last name "A Smith" or "John" for first name and just "Smith" for last name. Also, you can switch the order of the first and last name (ie: Enter "Smith" for first name and "John" for last name) as the system may be able to recognize it that way instead.

Once you find a matching agent and click on the "Add above alias(es)" button, in the "Existing Agent(s)" section, you will see an entry under the "Aliases" column or if you are still unable to find a matching agent, even after refining your search, you will see a message under that column that simply says "No aliases found". In that case, please send an e-mail to RealEstate@Colony1.Net stating that you were unable to find an alias for this Agent and our support team will look into the issue further for you.

Finally, if you would like to show the agent's listings on your website itself, you will need to click on "Add Page" from the menu on the left and then scroll down to the "Real Estate" section and click on the "My Listings (No Search)" page type.  Enter a Page Title for this new page and click on the "Add Page" button.  From the following page, click on the agent name from the "Agents:" select box and then click on the "Save Search Parameters" button below.  You can now view your website and click on the new page that you just added.  You should now see ONLY listings from the agent in which you have just added.

If you should have any other questions regarding this, please let us know.  Thanks!
