Outlook 2003 User Email Setup (POP3)
How to Configure Microsoft Outlook 2003 to work with your Colony One POP3 Account

While the instructions below are specific for Microsoft Outlook 2003, the steps / options should be somewhat similar for other versions of Microsoft Outlook as well.  However, if you have any problems with this, please let us know so that we can assist you accordingly.  Thanks!


1) Open up Outlook and navigate to Tools > E-mail Accounts from the menus above



2) Select the option for "Add a new e-mail account" and click on "Next" to continue



3) Select the option for "POP3" and click on "Next" to continue



4) Fill out the account information accordingly (see screen shot below) and click on "Next" to continue

* E-mail Address: User@Domain.Com should be replaced with your actual e-mail address.
* User Name: User@Domain.Com should be replaced with your actual e-mail address.
* Password: You will need to enter the password for this e-mail account here.
* Outgoing mail server (SMTP): This should be replaced with your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) outgoing mail server address. You can obtain this information from your ISP directly.

Note: The "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" box should NOT be checked.




5) Click on the "Finish" button to complete the setup
