There are TWO required steps in setting up your Link Point account with your coolsite shopping cart:

1) Once you are logged into your admin, go to "Configuration > Payment Processor". Under "Link Point", type in your "Store Number" and check the "Activate" checkbox. If you do not know your store number, please contact Link Point to obtain it.

2) Next, you need to provide us with your Link Point private key file. To obtain this file, please contact Link Point. The file should be named after your store number and have the extension .pem. Once you have obtained it, please send it in an email as an attachment to coolsitesupport@colony1.net. Once we receive the file, we will install it for you. We will contact you via email once the installation is complete.
